Initiate Your Request
Log into your Shopdecor account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive your authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original designer packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective materials are included to maintain product integrity.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
